JAKE SULLIVAN BLOGS

Hi, my name is Jake Sullivan.  I grew up in Oakdale, Minnesota and in 2000 I received a full-ride college basketball scholarship to Iowa State University.  While at Iowa State I was introduced to Salt Company Ministries through Cornerstone Church in Ames, Iowa.  In 2003 I became a believer in Christ and from there the Lord has sent me on some amazing adventures.  From 2004-2008 I was the executive director for All Iowa Attack and then in January of 2009 I founded Kingdom Hoops.  I served as director for Kingdom Hoops from 2009-2018.  During this time I also had the opportunity to found an international mission organization called Acts 2 Collective.  In February of 2018 I accepted the Family Ministry Pastor position at Grace Church in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and beginning in August of 2018 I will begin seminary online at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. I am married to my beautiful wife Janel Sullivan of 14 years and we have six amazing children Justice (16), JJ (12), Jennifer (11), Jayla (10), Jasara (7), and Jacoby (4).  The purpose of this blog is take all of you on my journey over the next few years as I serve Grace Church, head to seminary, and try to parent my crazy kids!
